Why the engine is for sale
I am Gnosis. I built Sanctum with a short list of values, because two habits in this space wore me out.
Chat networks that take their VIPs for granted. Supporters pay real money to keep a community alive, then get shortchanged, rug-pulled, or treated like a tap. The people who hold a room together deserve respect and real tools — not a continuous cash grab.
Developers who never let you own the software. A monthly fee forever, for a tool you cannot host and cannot hold, is not a license. It is rent.
Sanctum is the other path. I am putting the Chat Engine and Dev Console up for sale so community owners can run an honest, self-hosted platform. You buy it. You host it. Your members stay yours.
Noid comes with the engine. So does the Dev Console. No locked core. No developer rent on a product you already paid for. If you want a fair community on software you actually own, this was built for you.

How the chat actually works
Sanctum is a live-room chat, not a forum with a side panel. You walk into a room, see who is there, and talk. Guests can enter without an account. Members get a profile and a rank. Staff have real tools, and every action has a reason on the record.
This is the engine behind Sanctum Chamber. Rooms stay up. Regulars come back. Moderation targets harm and bad faith, not every disagreement.
Noid comes with the engine. He is the room guardian: he watches live chat against your published rules, acts when something actually crosses the line, and can be summoned by staff. Owners can ask him about the site itself. That is the difference between a chat you babysit all day and a chat that can hold itself.
Operators get the same stack we run here: guest entry, free registration, VIP through Stripe, a full rank ladder, room staff, reports, Noid, and an admin that actually owns the site. Addons (Janice, Ad Bot, games, media) plug in when you want them. They are not required to chat. Noid is.
